  1.                        CURSOR MOVEMENT COMMANDS

  3. <LEFT> moves the cursor one character to the left
  4. <RIGHT> moves the cursor one character to the right
  5. <NEXTWORD> (the CTRL RIGHT key) moves the cursor to the next word
  6. <PREVWORD> (the CTRL LEFT key) moves the cursor back one word
  7. <HOME> moves the cursor to the left margin
  8. <END> moves the cursor to the end of the line
  9.  
  10. <UP>  moves the cursor up one line
  11. <DOWN> moves the cursor down one line
  12. <NEXTPARA> (the CTRL PGDN key) moves the cursor to the next paragraph
  13. <PREVPARA> (the CTRL PGUP key) moves the cursor to the previous paragraph
  14. <PGDN> moves the cursor down one screenful
  15. <PGUP> moves the cursor up one screenful
  16.  
  17. <+SCROLL> (the ALT N key) scrolls continously down the text
  18. <-SCROLL> (the ALT P key) scrolls continously up the text.
  19. For the scroll commands, you can chose the scrolling speed  (0-9).  To
  20. stop the scroll, press any key. You are then asked if you want to stop
  21. the scrolling operation or resume it.
  22. <CTRL HOME> moves the cursor to the top left corner of the screen
  23. <CTRL END> moves the cursor to the bottom left corner of the screen
  24.  
  25. <GOTOLINE> (the ALT G key) moves the cursor to a specific line number.
  26. The number can be an absolute line number (ie 44), a line number rela-
  27. tive  to the current line (ie +32, -5), the last line ($), or a number
  28. of lines from the last line (ie $-7). It can also be a  bookmark  ('a'
  29. to 'z'). 
  30. <FIRSTLINE> (the SHIFT HOME key) moves the cursor to the first line in
  31. the file.
  32. <ENDOFFILE> (the SHIFT END key) moves the cursor to the last character
  33. of the file.

  35. <BOOKMARK> (the ALT B key) places a "bookmark" at the cursor position.
  36. You can label this mark 'a' through 'z'. To return to that mark at any
  37. time, use the <GOTO LINE> command above.

  39. <NEXTPAGE>  (SHIFT  PGDN)  moves the cursor to the next page break. If
  40. there are no page breaks present, the cursor will  move  to  the  last
  41. line of the file. 
  42. <PREVPAGE>  (SHIFT  PGUP) moves the cursor to the previous page break.
  43. If there are no page breaks present, the cursor  moves  to  the  first
  44. line of the file. 
  45. <GOTOPAGE>  (the  CTRL V key) moves the cursor to a specific page num-
  46. ber.
